HOW DO I BOOK WITH AWG PRIVATE CHEFS?
Unlike a traditional caterer, who will send you a big stack of pre-fabbed menus and make you pick and pay for a package of items that you may not want or need, we do just the opposite.
Upon your initial contact with us, you will be matched with AWG Private Chefs concierge team member who will check our calendar for availability. We will then email you a brief questionnaire surrounding the details of your event, the type of cuisine you wish to enjoy, the number of courses you would like and your preferences on the style of service you desire. Your detailed answers to these questions is super important, and will help our Certified Master Chefs design you a fully custom tailored menu for you and your guests. No two menu items we curate for you are ever the same! No prefabbed static boring menu packages here!
Next, you and your chef will collaborate on the draft menu until we've created the perfect fit. Once you've approved the draft concept, we will provide you a written proposal where you can clearly see the breakdown of all of our charges for food ingredients, labor, any rentals you may require, and sales tax. There are never any hidden fees or "service charges" in our proposals. We believe in integrity and full transparency in our business practices!
Once you've had a chance to review your proposal, you can easily book your chef online, right from our secure client web portal where you can schedule payments, docu-sign your contract documents, and send secure messages to your chef or dedicated concierge to insure no detail is ever forgotten.
